SL 1x1 Series - Heat Sealing and Overcapping Food Trays

This Modern SL 1x1 system is custom-designed to heat seal and overcap trays with food products. Our heat sealing systems are available as shown in this video or integrated with complete filling systems. We also offer SL systems with multiple lanes to achieve higher line speeds and meet different standards. Modern SL 1x1 systems can also be designed with a full range of features including denesting and filling for a wide variety of product applications, especially condiments. Modern SL Series filling systems for condiments are specifically designed for the condiment food industry and have a proven track record of low maintenance and high-quality machinery. The SL Series features condiment-size filling capabilities with speeds ranging from 30 units per minute up to 600 units per minute. Additional capabilities include heat sealing and automatic outfeed. Customers can choose between pre-die-cut or roll stock lidding, depending on their production needs. Modern works closely with customers to create machines tailored to their production goals and filling needs. Add-ons available to customers include Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilize in Place (SIP) systems, HEPA filtration systems, lidding, capping, and more.
